NEMR Launches A New Public Website
New England Marketing Research has contracted with Informu.com, Inc. to develop web-based client relationship enhancements, automate business processes and design a new public website. To meet NEMR's requirements and to assure future requirements can be met, Informu.com, Inc implemented its Content Management, Communication Management and Relationship Management platform, KnowledgeControl. KnowledgeControl has a rich feature set and is highly customizable. As a result, NEMR has been able develop state of the art web-based business tools.
 
The new public website is actually 2 websites, one for Clients and one geared towards future Respondents. 

On the Respondent website users can:

Submit a Respondent Profile - To continue growing NEMR's  75,000 respondent database with the most qualified focus group participants, NEMR will run various campaigns through out the year inviting people to submit their profile at www.nemr.com.  NEMR has deployed KnowledgeControl as it's on-line respondent profile management system.  KnowledgeControl captures the profile information, alerts a designated NEMR employee, via an email, that a new profile has been submitted and logs an outstanding respondent profile notice. From the email alert, the NEMR responsible person can go directly to the new profile database submission and review, approve, reject or request additional information.  NEMR can, at the touch of a button, review each respondents history with the company to ensure that the clients past participation requirments are meet.

Review Frequently Asked Questions - NEMR will build a rich set of FAQs for Respondent users. NEMR can manage their FAQs via the KnowledgeControl Content Management system; adding and modifying FAQs is simple. Also using the KnowledgeControl Communication Management system, website users can directly, from the FAQ webpage request additional information about the FAQ. The KnowledgeControl Communication system logs an outstanding Request For Information for the specific FAQ and sends the responsible NEMR employee a rich text email alert with the details of the request and a link directly to the question the request is for.

Feature Past Month's Winners - another Content Management feature of KnowledgeControl provides the NEMR Content Manager with the ability to update and modify featured winners of the $100 monthly giveaway.

Respondent Communications - NEMR Customer Relationship requirements called for a system that captures all communications from the website and that sends a rich text email to the designated NEMR employee responsible for replying to Respondent Communications. Additionally for every webpage that has a communication link, a specific NEMR employee can be assigned to reply and modify the FAQ answer if need be . This way NEMR subject matter experts are responsible for the FAQs they are the company expert for.

The Client Website users can:

Submit a Request for Bid - As part of NEMR plan to improve customer service, Informu.com, Inc. has configured the KnowledgeControl communication system so that each completed Request a Bid form submitted is logged into the system as an outstanding Request for Bid. The system also sends NEMR management a rich text email with all the information from the Request a Bid submission and provides links to respond as well as take other action.

Review Travel, Lodging and Entertainment information - NEMR wanted to provide Clients with a up to date resource to help plan travel, lodging and entertainment to NEMR in Norwalk, CT. The KnowledgeControl Content Management system provides the NEMR Content Manager with the ability to update and add new:

• Local Restaurant information and links
• Local attraction information and links
• Local Helpful Links
