Basic VideoStreaming: Basic is designed primarily for researchers who conduct in-depth interviews (IDI’s) and therefore do not need the multiple camera angles and on-site camera operator included with our Premium videostreaming service. Instead, Basic provides a stationary, single-camera view using our own dedicated camera and sound system. Basic is also priced lower than our Premium service and has the lowest published pricing of any major competitor in our industry.
